Per Diem I: The base pay rate for Per Diem I CNA is $14.00. This is a baseline per diem employee who is not “guaranteed” a certain number of shifts, and is not required to work a minimum number of shifts.

Per Diem II: The base pay rate for Per Diem II CNA is $15.00. This is an enhanced per diem employee, who accepts and meets a greater commitment level, based on facility need, which includes a minimum of four shifts per month, two of which must be on weekends.

Don’t have your C.N.A. license? We offer a paid, tuition-free C.N.A. course on a regular basis.

Broad Reach Hospice and Palliative Care

RN Case Manager

Full Time, 32-40 hours a week.

As our case load continues to grow, we’re hoping to add compassionate, caring team players with hospice experience. The successful candidate will have strong assessment skills and a solid understanding of pain and symptom management, serving out patients both in the community and in several health care facilities on the mid and lower Cape.

Hospice CNA / HHA – Full Time


Broad Reach Hospice and Palliative Care is now hiring a full-time Hospice CNA / HHA position. As our caseload continues to grow, we want to add compassionate, caring team players, with hospice experience preferred but not required. Our hospice care is more of a boutique, caring for patients in their homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape. Providing high quality care means providing the necessary time to those we serve, which is why our team is provided with manageable care assignments.

Victorian Assisted Living

Resident Service Assistant

The Victorian is seeking a full time (32 hours) resident service assistant (RSA) to work flexible hours to pick up other shifts as needed. HHA certification is desirable, but not required. In our assisted living residence, we serve non-memory care clients by helping residents enjoy life, by providing support in personal care, recreation, and assist with meal service and wellness checks. These important tasks become the foundation that lets staff establish outstanding relationships with some really great residents!
