Are you unable to commit as a full time employee as a C.N.A.? Try our per diem program.

Per Diem I: The base pay rate for Per Diem I CNA is $14.00. This is a baseline per diem employee who is not “guaranteed” a certain number of shifts, and is not required to work a minimum number of shifts.

Per Diem II: The base pay rate for Per Diem II CNA is $15.00. This is an enhanced per diem employee, who accepts and meets a greater commitment level, based on facility need, which includes a minimum of four shifts per month, two of which must be on weekends.

Don’t have your C.N.A. license? We offer a paid, tuition-free C.N.A. course on a regular basis.

Broad Reach Hospice and Palliative Care


Weekend and On-Call Hospice RN Case Manager

Broad Reach Hospice is seeking a part time experienced hospice registered nurse to cover weekends. The work day will be from 8 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday and the On-Call portion will be from 4pm on Saturday to 8 am on Sunday and from 4 pm on Sunday to 8 am on Monday. Some flexibility of hours may be possible as well as additional hours during the week. The coverage area is from Barnstable to Eastham.  Attractive compensation and some benefits are offered.

Victorian Assisted Living

Resident Service Assistant

The Victorian is seeking a part time resident service assistant (RSA) to work the day shift every weekend with the flexibility to pick up other shifts as needed. HHA certification is desirable, but not required. In our assisted living residence, we serve non-memory care clients by helping residents enjoy life, by providing support in personal care, recreation, and assist with meal service and wellness checks. These important tasks become the foundation that lets staff establish outstanding relationships with some really great residents!
