Per Diem I: The base pay rate for Per Diem I CNA is $14.00. This is a baseline per diem employee who is not “guaranteed” a certain number of shifts, and is not required to work a minimum number of shifts.

Per Diem II: The base pay rate for Per Diem II CNA is $15.00. This is an enhanced per diem employee, who accepts and meets a greater commitment level, based on facility need, which includes a minimum of four shifts per month, two of which must be on weekends.

Diet Aide – Part time

Liberty Commons Dining Services
Diet Aid- Morning Shift: 24-32 hours per week and every other weekend
Broad Reach Healthcare at Liberty Commons in now hiring for a full time dining services/ kitchen aids.

Liberty Commons provides daily food services for 132 residents between our main dining room and full tray service.
The primary responsibility of this position is direct work in the kitchen with meal preparation, tray preparation, beverages, desserts, and kitchen sanitation. The qualifications for the dining services / kitchen aid is someone who is people orientated, organized, and efficient and has had some kitchen experience, although this is not a strict requirement.

Assistant Food and Beverage Director

Broad Reach Healthcare is currently looking for an assistant food and beverage director to help manage our kitchen!

Skilled nursing home/meal tracking/restaurant experience is preferred!

32hrs every other weekend

Job description-

  • Assumes the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising all Liberty Commons food and beverage services as needed when the Director of Food and Beverage is not available.
  • Acts as the primary planner of the 52 Week Menu through Meal Tracker.
  • Functions as the lead supervisor during the weekend and coordinates all dining functions and dietary supervision at Liberty Commons by providing oversight that all tasks and projects are being completed.
  • Provides direction and direct support in ordering, preparation of meals, cooking, serving and the entire dining experience.
  • Is familiar and comfortable with all aspects of the kitchen, dining and food services in order to provide training to dining services staff.
  • Work as a part of a team with diet aids and technicians as well residents and families to ensure that diets are being developed and provided.
  • Review concerns and make necessary oral/written reports to the Director of Food Services.
  • Ensures that food and supplies for the next meal are readily available by assisting in the purchase, inventorying and storing of in‑coming food, supplies, etc.

MSW-Per Diem : Variable Hours

Broad Reach Healthcare Hospice and Palliative Care is now hiring for MSW Per Diem positions. As our caseload continues to grow, we want to add compassionate, caring team players with hospice experience. Our per-diem professional positions enable you to make a difference for others with a schedule that makes a difference for you!

Ours is more of a boutique hospice, serving patients in their homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape. Providing high quality care means providing the necessary time to those we serve, which is why our team is provided with manageable care assignments. Per-diem positions don’t have to be without opportunity to have meaningful impact.
