Cape Cod Alzheimer’s Walk, No One Should Walk Alone
The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center is the Cape’s only local Alzheimer’s organization, providing entirely free services to those navigating Alzheimer’s and dementia-related diseases. More than 90% of every dollar raised goes to service, and all funds remain on the Cape. The AFSC have support groups and services available in every town on the Cape, delivered by 17 contracted professional service providers from the bridges to Provincetown.
The AFSC is hosting their annual fundraising walk on Sunday, October 15th in Provincetown. Last year, the walk attracted 350 people from as far away as Falmouth and representing every town on the Cape. This year, a donor has offered to match every donation dollar for dollar, and we’d love for all our friends and community partners to support this incredibly joyous event. All proceeds will fund free services. To learn more information, click here.
